L & L Flooring & Design recently had the privilege of supplying and installing new design forward hardwood flooring and carpeting at the Historic Union Station Hotel, an iconic Nashville landmark. The scope consisted of new hardwood flooring throughout every guest suite, enhancing the luxury experience for guests, while also installing plush new carpet throughout all the corridors throughout the hotel, complementing the hotel’s rich architectural heritage.

L & L Flooring & Design was proud to provide and install all designer tile and hardwood flooring throughout The Hydes Ferry Hideaway, a design-forward 11-unit short-term rental development in Nashville, TN.
Each unit in this luxury retreat offers a fully furnished, uniquely themed, and professionally designed guest experience. Highlights include four bedrooms with a triple Queen-over-Queen bunk room, four en-suite bathrooms, a sky deck with an 8-person hot tub, a built-in bar, a pergola lounge, a fire table, a big-screen TV, and a two-car garage.
Purposefully crafted by renowned architect David Baird of Building Ideas, and developed for Airbnb rentals by award-winning Jackson Builders, The Hydes Ferry Hideaway redefines luxury and convenience for short-term stays in Nashville. We’re thrilled to have contributed to this extraordinary project, enhancing the guest experience with high-quality, stylish flooring throughout.

L & L Flooring & Design collaborated with Eshelman Construction “The General Contractor” to provide and install all hardwood and porcelain flooring for Sushi | Bar Nashville, an exclusive omakase-style speakeasy located at 610 Magazine St. This hidden gem offers a unique, intimate dining experience through 17 meticulously crafted courses that highlight the art of sushi.
The atmosphere at Sushi | Bar Nashville blends sophistication and whimsy, creating the perfect setting for an elevated culinary journey.
